If the recipient for a delivery cannot be posted through the letterbox, and the recipient is not at home, the package will be left in a safe place. You will need to give instructions for your safe place via the additional notes section when you place your order.
Home Farm Embroidery cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods where the delivery address given is incorrect, the addressee has moved away or is absent.
Where instructions for goods to be left are given, this is done so at the customer/recipient’s own risk.
Non-delivery
If, after receiving your shipping confirmation, your package does not arrive, please contact us and we will investigate.
